This dress is unlined with huge bell /angel wing sleeves, a feminine neckline that will be off the shoulder on some, sheer peek-a-boo crochet lace, and a sexy feminine cut. This goes over the head (no zipper). This has uncomplicated side seams that could easily be taken in if this is too big. The belt is not included.
