This a large, Vintage, barbotine Majolica fruit basket. Is a beautiful and striking table centerpiece. With life sized fruit (the pineapple is a bit smaller than than a real pineapple). It has a beautiful Tropical fruit motif consisting of pineapple, Dragon fruit, Banana’s, Grapes, apples, oranges, Lemons, apples, pears and Cherries. It is a very large Table Centerpiece piece. I have included photos in our dining room so show size comparison It is a very heavy piece weighing almost 18 pounds. There are some minor but typical small chips to the end of some of the leaves mostly around the bottom leaves. There is also a repair to one of the cherries that it vey hard to see (I have included photos) and a chip to one of the oranges, other than that it is in excellent condition.
