Antique/vintage Retro 1960’s Roadrunner Bird Folk Art Wood Wind Spinner, MoPaR! Very unique folk art wind spinner from the 1960s. The bird is all original as found, no cleaning has been performed. The roadrunner has been sitting on an old antique solid brass rod stand for display in the garage. The bird was painted by hand. The body of the bird is wooden and the feet that catch the wind are made of metal. Great piece for the Mopar fans or folk art collectors out there. Nothing is broken on the bird, lots of aging from use, paint ware & patina. The legs still spin nicely. The bird is quite large measuring 28″ inches long x 17″ tall while on the stand x 7 wide. There is a slight small split on the bottom of the brass stand (Pictured), but has no effect on the stand itself which is heavy brass and built like a tank. The stand the bird is sitting on was used for displaying, and the bird sits in it snug, (will not rotate on the current stand). The bird simply slides on/off the brass rod stand.
