Description: Thank you for considering this stunning vintage silver-plated serving tray with intricate designs and etchings on the platter and along the edges. It has beautiful detailing on the handles, edges and feet. The tray has some scratching along the backside of it. It is quite heavy. There are a few blemishes and silver loss in the center of the crest of the tray. On the right side there are two dots of dark spots. Size: 38″ x 21 x 1 3/4″. Weight: 10.3 lbs. Vintage Large Serving Tray. Tray is approx 29in from end of one handle to end of other handle. It is very fancy, with many designs. I say it’s a Birmingham because it has a crown, B S C and reg on back of Tray. The other words I can’t make out. If it is a Birmingham it is silver on copper and made by the Birmingham silver co. It was put away years ago with many collectibles. The woman who owned a antique shop in Newport Rhode island had passed away. So what you see is what you get and look at the marks on the back to decide. Please look at all my pictures.

This is a rare find: 1930’s Art Deco Silver Tray with Monogramed Food Dome from The Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City! The tray measures 14″ wide and the food dome is nearly 10.5″ wide. The tray has a art deco decorated edge and is stamped “Waldorf Astoria” on the bottom. The food dome is engraved with a beautiful W.
